Site survey and Implementation (Cisco)

We are an IT Infrastructure solution provider/System Integrator, and have successfully supported Fortune 500 companies with solutions lifecycle through our partnerships with Cisco, Microsoft, and Oracle. We are looking for L1 or L2 support here from your end as we would be needing your services for our global clients. Our clients will have sites in Thailand where we would need your services at. You will be required to perform installations and enable connectivity to our Network Operations Centre personnel for remote configuration and testing of the applicable equipment. Also all the spare parts will be provided by CISCO smart net so you don’t need to worry about this. You will be constantly assisted remotely by our NOC engineers during the interventions onsite. Configuration part will be also handled by our NOC. Your support will be mostly required for the physical activities onsite (repair, replace, reset etc.)
