I want uccx script configured in such a way that whenever the call comes in we should greet them and ask them to press 1 for english and press 2 for another language then request them to enter the 7 digits number based on the number the call should be forwarded to the CSQ of english or any other language. Once the call finishes the Agents should be able to specify the call was for which company, for the reporting purpose.
The script should be able to check if any agents are not logged in it should transfer the call to the main voicemail number for the call centre. Call recording should work with WFO and AQM.
Secondly, it should be able to give the queue status to the callers should the caller be in the queue at any point.
Please provide me with an estimate of the script completion and also estimates of the project cost.
