Separately, provide a fee to support and maintain our network I each month. this will involve resolving any issues, taking off and putting on new users.
WE CAN OFFER A PER HOUR FEE OR A PER MONTH FEE. I THINK WE CAN START WITH 50 AUD PER HOUR OR FRACTION AND THEN SEE HOW MUCH WORK IS NEEDED SO WE CAN AGREE ON A MONTHLY FARE.
We would also like an additional quote to migrate our files from the Document Management System into Sharepointincluding setting up a template and folder structure system to permit this.
