We are looking for a personal assistant from Ukraine and Belarus. Job Description: - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Answer phone calls and emails and take messages - Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings - Help with daily time management - Run errands as requested - Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation - Coordinate events and speaking engagements - Draft correspondence such as emails and letters the candidate needs to have a valid passport and should be willing to travel the world with/without the Director for meetings and conferences (the company will pay for all the expenses) Job Type: Full-time ( 5 days a week and 9 hours a day) € 900.00 + Heavy Bonus
