format a MS Word document

I have created a 50-page marketing plan in MS Word but I am lousy at formatting. Looking for a pro to create all the headers and sub-headers, and then create a table of contents from that. There will be some content formatting but vendor will not be required to create original content at all. Need to insert images, graphs and spreadsheets. May have to create some tables if the spreadsheets won't fit. Also would like a very nice business-style look and feel, showing a little creativity as this is a marketing plan. The final document must be correctable in Microsoft Word 2003 for my client. I use Word 2008 for Mac, however can send the document over in Word 2003. You must be fluent in English, no exceptions. (You can look at the grammar in Nidagold's review of me as an employer and understand why that project ended up badly! No Nidagolds, please.)
