Dating website(s) Business Plan and Marketing Plan

It never ceases to amaze me how many people use online dating, let alone how many online dating sites there are. My wife watches tv much mroe than I do, but I happened to catch a part of "The View" where they interviewed the guy that owns Online Booty Call to discuss the success of his website. My domain names are better ;)...Imjusthorny, swingersandflings, and matchedbyfate. Plus, I have a unique spin that I want to add to my dating sites to make them even more unique and profitable. However, before I jump...I want to know what I am jumping into as well as what myself/website will need to be successful. Dont want to find myself in deep doodoo. So, what I would like is for someone (whomever wins this agreement) to do some preliminary research on what is involved in starting and operating a dating website(s). The business plan does not need to be too complex. However, it should be informative...supplying all the parameters of a typical business plan (competition, legal regulations, start up costs, operating costs, ect); and serve as a guideline/checklist for me to follow. As for the marketing research/plan, essentially I would like to know what other dating websites have done to become successful using a chart format. Such as keywords used, SEO, press releases, social networking, link building, affiliate programs, and how much they spent on marketing (if possible). Then I would like a marketing paln for my dating site(s) detailing from start to finish how to market my dating websites. I am sure you get the idea, and if you have done a business plan and/or marketing plan before than you will know exactly what i am looking for. I do have three different domain names that I would like to use for dating websites, as mentioned above. You are bidding on one (haven't decided which one to use first, recommendations are welcome), and if the price and quality of work meets my standards then I will likely hire you to do the other two...of which the only likely differences will be numerical values and maybe legal regulations.
