We are a local internet marketing firm that offers services like SEO, PPC, Social Media, Reputation management, Wesbites, etc...
We need to re-do our training manual for our sales people. I would be open to hiring someone that has a good sense of what we do, and how we can train our agents. We have ideas in mind as to how to go about this, but we would love to team up with someone who feels they have a strong background in sales/marketing.
Ideally, I'd like to create an ebook with a table of contents, an index and of course good content designed to help the trainer train, and the student learn.
We are very open to ideas and bids as this is a time consuming project and may require a lot of correspondence between us to nail down our full intent.
We may select you now, or at the end of April when we MUST lunch this program. In the meantime, I'd like to get the conversation started.
I'm setting a deadline of 30 days to complete this, but again, we are flexible and just need to be updated as far as progress goes, and we can push the deadlines back.
In general, the training manual I would assume should be between 100-200 pages (just a guess), It will cover the sales process (general stuff), cold calling vs canvasing, Tools we use (maybe you know of some), SEO, PPC, Social Media, Local Search, Reputation management, Website presence for small business owners, Yahoo Behavioral targeting, among some other topics.
If you have experience in sales AND digital marketing, that would be a great help, but it's not required.
Please let me know what other questions you may need answered before you bid.
Also, PLEASE DO NOT BID, Unless you are 100% confident in your ability to provide a book that does not need to be corrected for grammar and provide unique content. WE DO CHECK for plagiarism.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for your bids/comments. We wanted to make sure that it is understood that you will also be responsible for theme/design of the PDF/Power point. We have a logo and color scheme I'd like to follow. Thanks again
