I would like to hire a CS-Cart Developer for some features

Hello, I am interested in purchasing CS-Cart multi vendor platform but I need someone to build it for me (with a beautiful design) and add some modification, as they told me few features I want to incorporate is not included. Here is the list of the functionalities i need for my website. Keep in mind most of these are included by default the ones that are not if you can modify it for me and completely built my website to my vision that would be great. Attached is my list. Brief: My website is a multi vendor marketplace based in GCC. I want sellers of social media to use this platform to sell their product and services as well as have full control of their vendor platform with us.
