In reference to the job post, I consider myself as an ideal candidate because I possess experience and skills that are required in a candidate to be appropriate for this position.
I have been working with call center(s) for over 8 years now and have explored various verticals like Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Customer Service & Support etc. I am absolutely proficient with computers and have complete knowledge about Remote Desktop application, software's and can deal with majority of the computer related problems .
I would also like to highlight that since I have worked for one of the companies where I was required to provide computer services to USA clients using the remote desktop application, I think it is an advantage I have over other candidates bidding for this project.
As I am associated with call center(s) for over 8 years so I am certainly someone who can speak fluent English and is comfortable dealing with foreign clients with complete patience, confidence and professionalism. My typing speed is 30+ WPM and I am someone who is technically very sound.
