Create Advanced Quickbook Reports and Analytics - Antonis

Hello! We are a company that produces concerts in the United States specialized in Latin music. Currently, we produce around 300 to 400 shows a year. We manage our financials for these shows with Quickbooks and would like to find ways to utilize the financial data from our shows to make better decisions for our business. The information that we have in our QB is not available to many of the people in our organization outside of accounting and top management. We would like to find an online application that will allow our staff to access certain parts of our data that will allow them to make better decisions. For example, many times, an employee will need access to a profit and loss statement from a prior show and they will have to request this through accounting. We would like for designated employees to be able to have direct access to this information through an application without having to request this information. We are currently using Quickbooks Accountant Desktop 2016.
