Data Entry - Zoho Forms & Excel

We need to get some data entered into zoho forms. Its around 200-400 entries which have to be done, and 10-15 zoho forms which have to be duplicated and changed. It's a more of a repetitive work.
Our budget is $2/hour and target now is 15 hours.
Candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry, and must be able to complete the work on time. The job is ongoing and after 200-400 entries and 10-15 zoho forms, we will have more work depending on the performance of the candidate.
Zoho Writer (Like Microsoft Word), and Zoho Forms knowledge is also needed, but the candidate might find training for that over youtube as they are simple to use.
We will have skype call with the candidate and then the candidate will get training.
