In response to the questions in the job description, the position that is most similar to the job being offered is that of a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I have worked as a Transaction Coordinator for over 2 years where my duties included interacting with clients via telephone and email and pre-approving clients via a structured intake process. My greatest strength is enforcing compliance.
I strongly believe that I am the most suitable candidate for this position because I am experienced, skilled, and willing to go beyond what is required of me to accomplish goals, I enjoy learning new skills and I am a native English speaker who has mastered the art of communicating in a clear and empathetic manner.
