Hi Bart, First of all thanks for the video, it's really helpful and i wish more people would do this when posting a project. The second thing is that it's a bit hard to estimate how long it would take. Can you please offer me a budget for this project? That way i don't need to check the hours and you don't need to worry about the over billing. Hi, thanks for taking the time to read my proposal. I've watched your video end-to-end. The macros you are looking for seem fairly straightforward and I am 99% sure that everything you've asked for can be delivered (the remaining 1% is really just not having had a chance to look at the exact data and existing workbook). I would suggest a slightly different approach to how the macros work though - rather than having two major macros doing all the work I'd suggest splitting each one out into a dozen or so tiny macros doing little jobs, which call each other when they're done. From your perspective it'd still be a one-click process, but that way if you ever run into a problem, or want to add more functionality later on you can do so a lot more easily. Likewise, rather than deleting those overseas addresses I'd suggest splitting the job across two sheets (one with them appearing, and a second one which filters them out) so that you can do your own quality assurance if for any reason you get unexpected results. I would estimate that the project will take around 8 hours to complete. To give you a bit of assurance, I'd be happy to agree to a cap of 10 hours for the jobs you mention in the video (i.e. excluding any additional features you want to add, which could be charged out at the same hourly rate). Obviously if it is completed more quickly then I'd only charge you for the time taken. Hopefully my bid ticks your boxes and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind Regards, Jarrad

I am using much similar kind of macro at my workplace to remove outliers, duplicates, formatting, matching of records, etc. So I think as you describe it is quite possible to automate the sheets, and to put in to the new format you need. Also for the second part of your job the matching of pricing for the subdivision is also quite easy. But it can be confirmed 100% after getting to know your format of the data. Further there are few options we can try out and we can finalize what best suits you after having a chat. Frankly it will be needing about 10 full time hours to complete the job. Also you can add new requirements and can be felicitated within the job offer if possible or with some extra hours. Thank you.
