company is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Coordinator. This position requires an individual that is very detailed oriented and consistently accurate, with the ability to organize and expedite a variety of tasks. This person should be able to adapt to changing priorities and a fast paced environment. This position requires putting the client first and offering the highest level of customer service support to all of our clients. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative position creating service tickets for help desk and tracking tickets in progress to assure they are being resolved as quickly as possible, including follow up with clients. This position includes following workflow of open orders to expedite them through to completion. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma Experience answering phones and working in an administrative capacity in an office setting a plus. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be professional toward all staff members and a contributing team player Demonstrates effective oral and written communication with management, team members and program staff Excellent attention to detail and follow through skill required Exhibits flexibility and adaptability in approach to work Exhibits professional judgment on the job Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent telephone skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to listen to the client and ascertain their needs and be customer service focused
