I've got over 15 years experience running a small development business in the USA (I was in Phoenix AZ and Jacksonville FL).
Running a small business means that my experience in organization, time management, record keeping and communication has been "honed to a T".
I'm quite interested in offering you my available time for your project as I find it would suit my skill set perfectly. My available hours are extremely flexible and I am constantly connected to data.
Answering emails (I can use platforms such as Outlook, or anyone of the three major web apps), arranging meetings (with the aid of cloud based calendars) and travel plans (research with expedia and the likes) are quite frankly a no brainer for me.
As far as customer support, I have experience in both email and telephone support doing: billing (refunds, purchases, inquiries), shipping (returns and tracking) and technical issues (troubleshooting).
I can also bring to the table my developer skills to streamline data entry tasks (automating standardization, database maintenance). And frankly as far as my "google-fu", not wanting to toot my own horn here, but having played with search engines since the heyday of AOL, I can quite confidently tell you that I'll be spot on for data searches.
Understandably I'm new to the freelancer.com venue, nonetheless I sincerely hope you take my bid into serious consideration.
