Hello, I have to assume that you have the data to populate the database, I presume in a flat file? Please confirm. I propose that I use Oracle XE database (Which is free from Oracle) and use the Oracle APEX web based front end (also free) for you to enter data and query the database. This will be available in a standard web browser. I have 14 years of experience in developing applications from large scale international databases to small applications for UK charities.
