HI, my name is parik. I read the project description and saw the attached word doc. as per my understanding, you need a report developed in BI Publisher which will read the data and fetch the image file from your oracle database. I am very confident that i can complete this task. I have over 7 years of experience as a oracle database and BI pushier developer. I have developed several reports using BI Publisher and Crystal Report. I can start this project today and have it ready in 2 days.
