Develop an OPC UA Client service in .NET

I need to develop a generic reusable service which will allow .NET application to communicate with OPC UA server.

Service shall be able to perform following:

1. Connect to OPC server.

2. Read from OPC Server.

3. Write to OPC server.

4. Subscribe for the tags on OPC Server and on change of the value it shall read and return the value.

5. Subscribe, read Alarms generated on OPC server.

6. Manage the session of communication between OPC client and OPC server.
