Documents management system with workflow C# .

( add/edit/remove ) 2- create departments ( add/remove/edit) 3- Users can use different word templates and type the document inside our application, also the users have the option to open the document in their program 4- users can send documents to other users within the same network no need for internet connection 5- complete log and graphic interface for the workflow, for give me a messages about messages that some users didn't reply to it in specific time 6- Users can add notes ( as text or image) to the saved document , can show the document before and after the notes , to he printed in the app. 7- User get notifications for each document received , or other actions to their documents 8- users can store images and PDF from their own PC also they can scan it from ADF scanners attached to their PC or on the network and store the multiple scanned documents as PDF or Image 9 - it's also an archive system where we can look for specific documents through search options, like shows me what is the type of the document its IN or OUT plus we can add some info. for each document 10 - document and DB Migration, export and import functions plus print 12 - client and server application or an easy way to handle connections 13- different DB connection ( sql lite, mysql and SQL server or Access DB) 14- Its like an email service plus calendar 15 - multiple themes and language change options 16 - document status ( new, in progress, finished) and priority ( urgent, important, normal) . 17- Setting options to mange everything including backups 18- login window 19 - security measures to secure the app and the data . 20 - can add comments on the books we created just like comments in Word 21 - look and feel must be nice and clean design . 22 - full documentation 23 - It would be nice if we use desktop applications + web so we can use mobiles to connect to the app 24 .
