I am looking for a person who can create overview charts that are totally not compliant with architectural IT-nomenclature but that are understandable for the layman. So I am looking for a Visio or OmniGraffle person who is familiar with pictograms and is able to create professional looking charts / overviews derived from my handmade sketches. In the end, this overview will be printed on an A3 or A2. It would be great if you have some experience with that too.
I will do the final editing (since everything has to be in the language of the client) so I must be able to do the final processing in Omnigraffle. If you are familiar - or even work with - Omnigraffle, that would be a BIG plus. Since I am a Mac guy it is anyway a bit of a plus if you are too. If not the other requirement will be that you have some experience with Visio XML and that you are aware of the 'translation' issues going from one format to another format.
I am not going to promise any additional future work, but...it is rare if these kinds of overviews don't lead to questions and adaptions.
There will be no photo's or pictures involved, I am not looking for a graphic designer, but you have to accept that an attractive overview that explains the ICT situation is more important than perfection in the use of ICT rulebooks on how to describe infrastructure.
Final words: I need a freelancer for the upcoming week (week 33). I assume it will not be full time.
In the end it will look a bit like these charts / overviews / diagrams.
