Custom views with Solr search. I need a custom plugin to do a couple queries that neither Facets nor Views seem able to do out of the box. It's beyond my skillset and I'm having too hard a time trying to learn. Essentially I need to be able to search and refine by two columns in a single table (custom compound field). At it's most simple, if you understand how to implement this query, and have it adaptable to multiple selects, let's talk: SELECT Entity_id FROM node__field_table WHERE (field_one, field_two) IN ( (8758, 8109),(8770, 8060),(8773, 7922) ) GROUP BY Entity_id HAVING count(Entity_id) = 3

Hi, I think I can help you with your problem. Can you give me a little more information about what you want to achieve? I've seen the SQL and I think you are trying to get nodes which have various entity references, maybe with different conditions for the nodes. I'm asking you because I've found this type of problems before and it's usually better to divide the query into various subqueries so you can filter and get the results you want in a better way. I need to know more about the whole picture in order to know if I am able to help. I've found that usually is better to prepare a view for the query and then customize it if necessary (using the views hooks) and that should be the type of solution that I would propose.
