Dynamics 365 Sales Customization

I want to complete a very simple example in three milestones: 1. I need Leads to include a list of products before they are qualified as Opportunity and have that list shown and we edited as a sub grid in the Lead form. Once the Lead is qualified I need the list of products to move to the Opportunity as regular Opportunity Lines. 2. I need a custom button in the command bar for Opportunities that can be used to create a copy of an opportunity along with its list of products, assigned to the same account and contact. 3. I need to ensure that permissions enable me to have three roles: salesperson who is the individual dealing with opportunities with access only to their own records and is assigned to a region, a regional manager who can see all opportunities for the salespersons in her team (region), and a national manager who can see all regions. The deliverables are step by step instructions on how to do the customizations mentioned above in my own system.
