PrestaShop expert needed for new Ecommerce website

We are looking for PrestaShop expert to develop our Ecommerce website. This website will be selling computers, appliance items and etc. All basic Prestashop functions needs to be implemented. Please see attached Home page layout. No design is needed, all of the design is already prepared. All you will need to do is just mount the design to Prestashop, use the correct Prestashop coding. So basically for this task only experienced prestashop programmers should apply, because we are the development company ourselves and we will be checking the code, so it must be clean and adopted to all Prestashop rules. So far no extra functions needs to be applied, just basic steps so the design would work correctly. Also keep in mind that more job is up comming, so now all we need from you is just to mount the design on the newest Prestashop version, and make sure all of the design functions work correctly. In other phases, we will have to automate the process, but i will let you know the phase later. Please bid only those who has experience with Prestashop and knows how to write the code correctly. After the HTML is done it has to pass Validator, so make sure you know all of the HTML coding structure. When bidding please write Validator as reference to us.
