Export Virtuemart from old Website and import into New + import additional products

Hello, PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU READ ALL OF THE BELOW CAREFULY. This project is split into 2 parts. PART 1: - Export all the products from an existing Website (Joomla V2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2). The component CSVI Pro is already installed on the back-end. The Export must be done in full (custom fields, translated content, taxes, images and all other fields) - Then you will need to import all of the above exported data into the new Website which is Joomla V3.2.3 and the latest Virtuemart Version 3 which is compatible with J3+ . Both Joomla 3.2.3 and VM are already installed. You will just need to import the data and copy all images - You will be required to copy all photos for all the products into the appropriate folders/path for Joomla 3.2.3. The New Website must not look for the product photos from the old Website/path! - The names for all the Photos must NOT change. - You are welcome to message me BEFORE BIDDING to tell you the existing Website (Joomla 2.5.8 so you can evaluate how many products are on the site). By bidding on this project you agree that ALL products must be transfered to the new Website and that no additional cost/fee will be asked. PART 2: - We will provide you with an Excel/CSV file containing around 4000 products. The CSV File has columns and each column contains the following fields: a) product_category b) product_sku c) product_name d) product_images e) product_custom f) product_price g) product_description h) product_video i) product_min_order the columns product_images and product_custom have more than 1 value and each value is separated by a semi-column. - You will be required to Make Sure that all values are entered in Virtuemart so all photos are visible and all Custom fields are visible - You must Download all the images from all the URLs provided in the CSV file and then UPLOAD the images on our server. You will have to upload the images in the appropriate path and modify the CSV file accordingly so each product is linked to all of its images. You will be given FTP access to the subfolder where you will need to upload the images. - There is no translation for PART 2, however, the winning bidder must enable the GREEK translation for all products and keep the language English as it is. So when a user from the front-end clicks to translate the Site into Greek then the user will see the same product in English. OTHER NOTES: NO designing required, no configuration of Menus is required. This is a Data Transfer Task only. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE WITHIN 48 HOURS WE WILL CANCEL THE PROJECT AND NO-MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED 1b) A complete Miltestone is created and we pay 30% 1c) You transfer the remaining products PART 2: 2a) You import 10 products together with their photos to demonstrate that you can complete the job using a BULK Import method (NOT MANUAL) YOU HAVE ONLY 48 HOURS FROM AWARDING THE PROJECT TO COMPLETE 2a. IF YOU DO NTO COMPLETE WITHIN 48 HOURS WE WILL CANCEL THE PROJECT AND NO FURTHER PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE. 2b)A further milestone is released and we pay 30% 2c) You transfer the remaining products 2d) After we review that everything was copied correctly we will transfer the remaining 40% DEADLINES: PART 1a - 48 hours from awarding the project PART 1c - 6 days from awarding the project PART 2a - 8 days from awarding the project PART 2c - 12 days from awarding the project PART 2d - 7 days from completing the project FAILING TO MEET THE ABOVE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND CANCELLATION OF PROJECT AND NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TO YOU
