We are an ecommerce application and we have a google account set up for web (since 2013) and app (since NOv 2015). Especially on the web, we want to make sure our settings on Behavior and Conversions are correct. We would like to learn to interpret correctly reports such as Behavior Flow, Events, Goals, E-Commerce as well as beta module such as Active Users and Cohort Analysis. These reports need to help us (product and marketing) to draw decisions on how to optimize acquisition, engagement, customer service, product enhancements, marketing campaigns. We need somebody with experience of both web and app analytics, explains the difference between user experience and reporting on these platforms.
