Build a PCB board for standalone smartwatch.

Dear Sir, I have designed something similar with this project, But based on my experience, in complexity of your project, I need more budget, because when I designed similar project like this (SIM module, micro SIM adapter, GPS module) it cost arround 3000 rupee. And with additional features like you want (Bluetooth+ WiFi we can use ESP32), and some sensor, I think the propper budget is around 6000-8000 rupee. I will use Eagle for this PCB project, and I think 2 layer PCB is enough. I have became PCB designer since 2012, and this kind of project is my daily activity. I have done lot of project for various application, from Hobbyst to Military purpose. I know how to analyze circuit as well, because my background is Electronic Engineering. I have experience in advanced PCB design technique like high speed digital communication, differential pair, switching power supply, mixed signal, Isolated I/O, PCB antenna, etc. let's discuss the details of this project over messenger. let me help you finish this project.
