Hello. I use only Altium Designer for my projects and help you with with your job. I have Altium version 16.*, but if need can upgrade it to last version for this project. From you i will need BOM, the exact drawing of the contours of the board, and time for design. I will create 4 layers pcb design (i think i use 2 signal layers and two plane inner layers).
