We need a high quality Eagle 9.x.x footprint (Symbol + Package) of the Microchip ATSAMV70N20 MCU 100-LQFP.

The symbol shall be designed as the physical chip (square with pins on all four sides), with each pin named exactly as given in table 6.4 "100-lead Package Pinout" (p. 40 in datasheet) - "Primary / Signal" column. Additionally, the pin direction (input or output) and type (input, output, I/O, power or clock) shall be set for each pin.
The package is 100-LQFP. A existing high quality package from the Eagle standard library is OK.
We prefer quality over speed. We seek a highly experienced Eagle footprint designer. A footprint found on google with errors is NOT accepted as a solution!
The delivery shall be a Eagle library containing only the needed component.
