Filemaker CRM setup

We use address book in mac at the moment and have out grown it. We now have over 5000 people on the database. We think that filemaker would be the right solution. What we need is someone to setup filemaker for us.

We use address book in mac at the moment and have out grown it. We now have over 5000 people on the database. We think that filemaker would be the right solution. What we need is someone to setup filemaker for us. the contacts are in groups in address book. We need to keep the groups and be able to add new groups. All standard information fields ie name, address, emails, phone numbers, notes etc Each contact has notes connected would need to keep notes We are a training company and would like to be able to connect contacts with the different courses. We run different courses on different dates and would want to keep a record of attendance of each course, we would need to able to update the course input section as we set new dates. At the moment we run at least 10 different courses Sections with different courses, could be drop down or tick boxes: We have different stages that each student goes though ??" offered a course, accepted and attended that we need to track And for each courses we would also need - interested ??" paid deposit ??" paid full amount ??" paying via instalment (day of each of the payment each month, the amount and with end date of payments) Section for completed student work, with work connected to file Section with a connection to certificates Range of task for marketing the courses ??" input tasks with time scales for groups automatically with the dates set as reminders The way we get our contacts details is via vcards from our website ([url removed, login to view] this is a php form) We would need you to be able to automate the input of the information so we can drag and drop the vcard into filemaker. It is also important that when we receive and send an email from/to our students it is connected to the students records, so we can track and keep a record of all commutations. (we use mail on the mac) We also have standard responses to emails, so a set of template we automatically input as a response. Quick find Reports showing ??" free course attended ??" date ??" where in country took the course ??" numbers who booked onto paid courses ??" where they took the course in the country ??" where the student lived ??" time it took to book on paid courses We also have a range of products we sale - who brought the product (ie in database or found us via internet) ??" where ie on course (with date and where the course held) via web ??" how many sold in different time scales. We would greatly appreciate you input based on your experience of putting workable databases together for small business ??" have we forgotten anything that would make it easier to work, track and access the information. You can use standard templates and software that comes with filemaker. We just need a reliable solution. We would also like you to take the information in address book and transfer into the new filemaker database so we are up and running. If there is any setup needed to install it on the imac, please help. 3 months support to make sure that the database is fully working without any bugs. Thank you
