Dear Sir/Madam I am a part time freelance virtual assistant in the UK who is currently leaving my position as a telephone operator in the UK cause I would like to undergo more at home projects in this role. I feel I can fill this role as it is very similar to what I am currently doing. I will place a brief description of my current details feel free to contact me if you would like further details.  Providing a service for customers in person and over the phone  Checking flight times to see whether they are delayed or early for the despatching of transport  Receiving emails/faxes and entering the jobs within the system or database.  Writing emails to various customers to confirm booking or to relay price quotes  Filling out various forms in pdf format which includes  Booking in couriers for various businesses and using a size guide to measure what vehicle is needed.  Placing notes on bookings for drivers with specific instructions and directions  Placing information in memos for other telephone operators to see.  Faxing over documents to different departments  Taking messages for managers/staff and imailing or emailing them over.  Helping with the training of staff members  Scanning and printing documents  Arranging cars and couriers for various accounts within a wide variety of different businesses which include the likes of Chelsea Football Club, Vivienne Westwood and Miss World.  Verifying jobs to make sure that payment on invoices for account are correct
