ANSYS simulation for gear assembly process

I want to run ansys simulation of a gear assembly process provided in the attached video. I have attached necessary CAD files with all dimensions. To be more clear, first I want to simulate the process of the press head pressing onto the axle teeth with a 4500N vertical input force. Second to simulate the process of the press head pressing 0.65 inches deep onto the axle teeth. I want the deformation as well as stress results on the axle teeth. Materials of the press head and gear are steels. Material of the axle is Zamak-5 or Zinc Alloy 5. My ANSYS version is 19.1. Please open attached files to check This needs to be done within 10 hours

Hi. Do u need only ANSYS ? SolidWorks is suitable for u? I have ANSYS but academic version; so not suitable. SolidWorks ? # SolidWorks # AutoCAD # 3dsMAX # ANSYS # Fusion 360 # FreeCAD # Blender # MS Excel # MS Word # MS Office # C++ # Java 600+ character per minute.
