Electronic Power and Signalling PCB issues - Analysis and Resolution

I need someone to assist me in solving a number of small issues on a circuit in a High Frequency (kHz) environment, with a power circuit controlled by a controller circuit with a Microcontroller on the same dual layer PCB. The board has high density Surface Mount Components and traces, with High Voltage (>100V) and low current loads (<250mA).
This project would suit an Electronic Engineer who has experience in this type of work, who has their own test equipment and software.
I will supply the test circuit.
Electronic Design Engineer required to do 3 tasks-
1) Determine the way to remove suspected interference causing Microcontroller to reset by itself.
2) Resolve the issue where the MC cannot read voltage correctly across current sense resistor - suspected that it is due to noise
3) Resolve problems, where LCD screen stops displaying correctly at one point of the program - likely due to interference.
Engineer is to determine the cause(s), prove their analysis, and provide the best solution. Project would be deemed complete when we verify that the issues are resolved on our PCB.
Experience in this work would be required, and you would need to be able to demonstrate the concepts discussed using your own lab.
