Looking for someone to help me get Hentai for a website I am making legally

as you probably read from the title I am trying to do the same thing most Hentai sites do, which is getting the hentai for their website legally, that means no piracy and such! So I have tried to talk to Hentaihaven with no answer about how they did it, and since I am new to all of this I was wondering if someone knew how that works as well as would be able to help me with it when the time comes ( note the skills are not actually required unless needed )
