creation of an excel table with conditions in order to get different amounts of rows with different content

I need a table with LibreOffice with following specifications to upload to a social media tool. A B C this is text [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-01-02 12:00 Column A contains the text for the blog and a space and the link for a website. Column B contains the link for an image. Column C contains a date when blog will be published. Now i want to be free how often i make a post: 1 till 7 times a week. I want to define which day of month is first day (2018-01-02 or 2018-01-13) I want to define the pause till next post, like 3 days I want to define the time I want to be flexible with content in column A so i can define up to 5 different texts. I want to be flexible with content in column B so i can define up to 5 different images. I want to define a specific end date (-> last row of the sheet), like 2018-12-31 or 2018-09-30. Depending on the conditions the sheet must be like this: this is text [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-02 12:00 this is text 2 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-05 08:00 this is text 3 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-08 18:00 this is text 4 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-11 14:00 this is text 5 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-14 07:00 this is text [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-17 12:00 this is text 2 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-20 08:00 this is text 3 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-23 18:00 this is text 4 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-26 14:00 this is text 5 [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2018-08-29 07:00 the rows 6-10 are the same like 1-5 (including time) except date is different. the amount of rows depends on the start- enddate and the frequency... I work with libre office and finally i make an csv export that i upload finally. The job is to create a file with above mentioned requirements.
