EBP to WOL - Save WorkbookA to server then Create WorkbookB with data from Workbook A

All work done in Windows Excel 2016 Documents: - Workbook A is JobEstimate. - Workbook B is JobWorkOrder. Overall Business Objective: Field Estimators use JobEstimate template to create new workbook and develop estimate on local laptop in the field. That information is then used for proposal (handled via Saleforce seperate process). When the job is awarded at a later date, the Estimator needs to go back to the original JobEstimate and click a button to create JobWorkOrder. The JobWorkOrder is created with data populated from JobEstimate. Excel VB Requirements: 1.1 JobEstimate needs to be created from a template and have a unique name created each time (asking for data input from user). 1.2 JobEstimate when saved needs to have a copy saved locally and have a copy saved to a server via VPN connection. 1.3 JobWorkorder must be created from a template and have unique project ID assigned 1.4 JobWorkorder must be populated with all the data from original JobEstimate saved on server (eg: open JobEstimate and click button "Create Job Workorder" and have the new workbook created). 1.5 JobWorkOrder must be saved to server. 1.6 Trigger notifications when JobWorkOrder is saved. For reference: Followon work at later date will be to us VBA to move data from JobEstimate to Salesforce Proposal. That is outside the scope of the current work. PDF Examples attached.
