Excel VBA Survey Results Transformed into Logical Tables

I assume the cost of this project will be about $50-$75 USD. I have provided the logic needed to complete the coding and an example of what the output will need to look like. Additionally I need this project completed ASAP. Below is my description of the project. At a high level, I created a survey in SurveyGizmo and am looking to take the information from there in an excel extract to get the information more logically grouped into different tables. I utilize an Inputs page to have the user specify where information lands in the different columns, then the macro is able to copy, transform, and paste the data into the right table. The difficult I am having is with questions that were in a tabular format, but were laid out in one line in excel. Below is an overview of the different sheets that I need help with: DataFinal This page is a direct export from survey gizmo. No modifications are allowed to this page. The information contained represents the information from the completed example. Thus when completed, the check can be ran against the completed one. InputFinal This page was intended to allow the user to specify where the information is in the data tab. There are five main columns, but you only need to worry about 2, 3, and 4. 1) In Survey (Yes/No): This will allow the user to indicate whether or not that information is available on the data page. If the user flags a page as "Yes" then it is in the data tab. They will be required then to fill out the Column begin and column end. 2) Survey Pages: This is the logical name from Survey Gizmo. This will allow the user to understand which page is being reported on. 3) Start Column on Data Sheet: This indicates the starting column in which the user specifies where the data being asked for is located 4) End Column on Data Sheet: This indicates the ending column in which the user specifies where the data being asked for is located 5) Related to above?: This is fixed column. Sometimes specific information is needed from within a page (like on the general information sheet information is needed about the scheduling information, which is logically contained on a different sheet within survey gizmo). So the user will have to specify this information explicitly for the macro to find it to put it on the table. Application RTO-RPO Detail This is the page where information needs to be logically grouped. I have provided the logic to the right in semi-database terms of one to many relationships. And provided an example of what the further relationship looks like from the survey question. Additionally I have manually copied over what the first survey's output will look like and it follows the logic provided as well. I believe that a multidemensional array could be used and just rotated through to output all the data, but that is just my guess.
