Immediate Position For Part-Time Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Job Duties: • Recording and updating databases • Photocopying and scanning documents • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format. • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information, Results Driven, Energy Level, Working experience of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Experience with Great Plains or other ERP. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Proven work experience as a personal assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • MS Office and English proficiency • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • Talking to others to convey information effectively. • Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. • Strong Computer Skills including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel • Strong written and oral communications.
