RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor.

I currently work in an engineering environment, working with BOMS and spare parts for mill equipment in a Paper Mill. I excel in this type of work and have a background working as a subject matter expert in BOMS. I also have a very strong relationship working with SAP (not sure if that helps, but would like to put it out there).

My name is Gisel Carbaja, I am 25 years old and I am interested in the Administrative Assistant position. I worked in an office for about 7 years and have experience in customer service, office administration, online support, computers/computer programs, data entry, team management and more. I served as a customer service agent/technical sales agent successfully while completing all general office tasks such as: Filing, scanning, shipping/receiving, data entry, report building, office inventory and so forth.
