Parse set of text files - Excel output

Hello there. I have stored a set of text files extracted from a website (plain text with HTML Code). There are thousands of files (I have attached few of them here to show you how them looks like). I need someone to build a parse process to get the data within each text file and write an Excel file as an output. I expect the Excel file at the end of the process, without duplicated entries (there will be many). The desired Excel template is attached below, please check it.
