Monkey Mind Ltd is a UK based start up offering mental wellbeing surveys to UK based schools and businesses. I have a database of 24,000 schools that I want imported into Salesforce leads with 17 different fields for school name, address, email etc. I want to be able to create and send bulk emails to this database with an automated unsubscribe option. The emails will direct people to our website at [login to view URL] where schools can register for a free account. This registration data needs to be pulled into Salesforce accounts with the school concerned being removed from leads. I want a series of automated follow up emails where no action has been taken. ( I am aware of the limitations for emailing with Salesforce so want to hear your best solution!) There will be a separate registration form on the website for other businesses (ie: NOT schools) and this data will also need to be automatically imported into Salesforce accounts. There may be other bits of development work to add to this as we work out our sales and marketing procedures. I will only consider using someone reliable with a proven track record, excellent reviews/references and fluent English. Preference will be given to someone who can prove their ability with not just Salesforce but with executing successful email marketing campaigns/strategies. I am looking for the best fit for our company with a potential long term relationship. I will be looking for value for money, not the lowest price. Unless of course that person also appears to be the best fit! I will be happy to provide further info if you need it, but only after I have looked at your profile and added you to a shortlist. Hello, for the described task i believe we can achieve it in a week. For the bulk emails, what we could not achieve with Salesforce, the most common solution is MailChimp, also Zapier ... but we can decide together. Sinc you have a generous mission, i offer you up to 80 hours free (2 weeks) to achieve all the non-commercial activities on your project, like support for the schools and other actors of public interest. So what you have described and concerns schools is for FREE in an 80 hours frame. For the companies and comercial entities, my support will be at rate of 25Eur/hour further on. I am new, to Freelancer, and i have only one quite good reveiw from Switzerland. English is not my native language, but i have IELTS with: reading - 8 listening - 8 speaking - 7.5 writing - 6.5 which is considered C1 (high). I have over 15 years of career in Software engineering, BSc in Computer Science, MBA and executive level experience in Sales and Marketing. I will be on vacation from 20th to 24th of August (next week) with very limited avaialbility. Could start supporting you fromm Monday 27th. I am located in Skopje, teh capitol of Macedonia and only ohe hour ahead London time :). I must indicate price on Freelancer, so instead of Free it will be the lowest price by Freelancer.com. Hello, I can easily insert records in your Salesforce PROFESSIONAL instance(I believe that's what you meant by PRO) after setting up required objects, fields & validation rules. That will also involve data quality checks. A rule of thumb, Salesforce allows 1000 email per day to external email addresses (varies based on the purchased license). In that case I can devise strategy to send emails automatically over a period of few days to each of the schools. (You can also go for paid add-ons from AppExchange for better email deliverability) I will set up Automated follow-up emails, after set interval from the date of first email contact. Will have to lookout for options to parse email responses for marking emails for unsubscription. Registrations from website can be fetched in Salesforce using Web2Lead form. Based on registration, existing lead can be converted into Account+Contact+Opportunity I can also setup reports & dashboards in your org, either for you or your employees. Do you already have Salesforce set up to receive all this information from your website? We can have your website interact with the salesforce api, depending on what you're using for your backend. My thought for sending automated emails is to have a php script pull pertinent leads from salesforce over the api and send out emails from there. This should help avoid any salesforce limitations, assuming we don't hit the api call limit. Let me know if you have any more questions for me!
