Deliverable:
Create Excel spreadsheet with approx 30 rows and 6-7 columns titled.
First column: Department (probably a few rows)
Second column: Sub-department
Third column: title
Fourth colunn: Name
5th: Email
6th: phone.
Then a column to enter Yes or No depending on whether the person has been interviewed yet.
Then:
Look at body of one email to create department/name list.
Look at some cut/pasted lists of names to figure out who has interviewed yet and who hasn't
Mark last column w/ yes/no depending on who has been interviewed (from step immediately above)
Also:
Consistent font (Calibri), size, visually easy to review.
Must be highly accurate -- double-check all spelling, total list, etc.
