Short Flash Cartoon Animated Intro

Need a very short cartoon Flash intro, The design will only need 2 cartoon men & one cartoon cannon. No background image just a solid black background. I have a photo of 2 guys that the 2 cartoon characters must resemble. Flash Animation Concept: First character goes to side of screen & pulls a cartoon cannon back to the center of the screen, cartoon cannon has top half of the second cartoon character sticking out of the hole. The first character now turns cannon to face screen and lights the back sending the other character out to fly at the screen as if he’s coming right at you. Ends with full black screen. As if the character slammed into the screen. Looking for an affordable designer, & someone who is easy to work with.
