I need an experienced developer for developing a component (for a web-project) which can help a user to draw a two-dimensional simple map of his / her house plan online and submit it for evaluation. It should contain directional orientation too (East, West, North, South) and should contain various elements of a house like kitchen, bed-room, drawing room, toilets, store etc. Developer may need expertise in Silverlight / Adobe Flash etc with some programming language. Developing the website where this component is to be installed may also be considered side-by-side.
