Job Overview
We are looking for a Flash animator & Action Script programmer to design a graphical user interface that provides navigation between a series of pre-existing, related web pages. This work is be requested by the United States National Park Service, and will require some adherence to identity guidelines and necessitate the incorporation of restricted-use artwork. The necessary files and guidelines will be furnished by the job poster.
The requested animations will be used within a content management system and require a specific width of 688 px. Completion of the job will require delivery of TWO final pieces of animation. These include (1) one large navigation interface (exactly 688px by approximately 500px) that will provide navigation between 16 preexisting webpages, and (2) one smaller navigation animation (exactly 688px x exactly 150 px) that returns the user to the larger navigation element.
Delivery of both the final animation (.swf) and the source files (.fla) are REQUIRED, and these items will become property of the National Park Service and public domain upon submission.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to regulations surrounding work for the Federal Government, no advance payment can be authorized. Payment in full is authorized, however, upon delivery of the final animations and source files. Payment for services can be made only via PayPal.

We are looking for a visually arresting interface that invites visitors to explore the contents of an expanded set of web pages that relate to climate change. Both pieces of animation should be graphically similar and incorporate imagery relevant to south Florida and/or climate change. The large animation (688px by 500 px) should provide dynamic, easy-to-use navigation among individual pages across four topic areas as follows:
