Logo + Website overhaul + Stationary Templates

We are a non profit organization that enables college students to learn about international business and global affairs by sending them to different countries around the world to do community service learning. We help build communities for underprivileged people, while at the same time learning about their culture, economy, political system, poverty, currency, etc. We are growing and in a very urgent need for: 1. A new logo and stationary templates. The old ones are attached. We need templates for business cards, letterhead, envelopes and folders. Logo and stationary should have something to do with your letters IBHS and perhaps a nice globe/international business and community service. Also should not be too expensive to get printed. 2. We have an existing website that needs to be overhauled with nice graphics perhaps flash and more attractive. The shopping cart and database is functioning with paypal checkout but needs to be more dynamic. The shopping cart will need to be enhanced with more products/capabilities. We would like to hear any recommendations on other credit card processing/ecommerce system that would be better for us than payal checkout. Finally, if possible we would like to integrate our database/shopping cart with a system like Quickbooks. Thank you in advance. Please do not bid unless you have good ratings.
