Isometric Game Map

I am the owner of the Virtual Truck Manager game (available for Android and iOS).
What I need is to design a new game map. I attached a screenshot to show you how the current map looks.
Also, I invite you to try the game to check how the map and buildings works.
On the map must be the next buildings:
1. Headquarter
2. Accountancy
3. Dispatcher
4. Garage
5. Service
6. Gas Station
7. Warehouse
8. Coffee House
9. Partnership
10. A building for daily bonus (there is the circus)
+ Different assets to make the map to look more dynamic and beautiful like trees, cars, water, extra unused buildings, fences, lights... I trust your imagination.
I don't need animations, but, if you can do some beautiful animations, I can pay extra for that.
As an extra task (also extra payment) I will need very soon the same map for the winter season.
The new map must be still Isometric, but more realistic.
You will provide the assets. Feel free to use own assets or downloaded assets.
I will need the map and buildings separated in a big .PSD file
If we will like to work together, I will be interested for another project in the next weeks.
