Android and IPhone Mobile application for services locations

Hi We are looking to hire a developer or a company to develop a public mobile application (Android, IPhone) to provide information about the various services locations available in our area. The application shall feature the following: - Entry page to run for 3-6 seconds - Map interface (like Mobile Google Map) wit the option to search for locations - Services categories page to select the type of service required with List/Map view options - Description page about the location with options to: send feedback, share location and bookmark - Information About our area (Video, Description, clickable Important Numbers) - About the application More: - The application interface shall be in both English and Arabic (default) - Bar space at the bottom to show some advertisement - Pressing the map for few seconds shall show message to mark the pressed location - Simple data admin web page (php or .net but .net is preferred). It is to updated everything in the mobile app (entry page design, services locations and description, advertisement etc.) - We will provide the designs but feedback for the given design and its applicability is required - We will provide one dedicated designer and junior developer (Android, IPhone) to follow up the project - The developer needs to sign NDA and provide the applications organized commented source code with each builds submission. - Involve our junior Android and IPhone developer in the project and provide training to her in the developed application technologies. Since the project time is short, her Involvement shall be during the project and formal organized online training shall be after the project launch (as bidder proposes) Optional: - Cluster Markers features for the categories map markers (like here: [login to view URL]) - Provide valuable feedback at the bidder selection process to propose for us altering any of mentioned requirement Time: - The application need to be developed in 1-2 weeks time to be published for a famous event in our area. Hence the developer MUST be very experienced in developing and testing similar applications and available Full Time for instant feedback and changes. PLEASE don't apply if you don't meet this requirement so our bidder selection will be easier. - Developer must have a tester to provide a complete testing for the application before sending the application to us Thanks A lot!
