Build a Wordpress website using OPTIMIZE PRESS 2.0 - using a ready made template from optimize press for 1 DVD product

I have a Wordpress plugin called OPTIMIZE PRESS 2.0 , this plugin has many features and functions on it. There are many ready made templates for : sales pages / landing pages / optin pages / membership sites etc. I am selling DVD products online and want to build a website using OPTIMIZE PRESS 2.0 . I would like to hire someone to build me the website using one of the templates for "SALESS PAGES" already on optimize press. This sales page will be very basic in terms of layout , I want a Sales Video, a couple of Buy now buttons , customer testimonials, money back guarantee, etc . The "Buy now" or " PayPal " checkout buttons needs to be linked to a PRODUCT FORM, for the customer to complete there personal details ( name, address, country , etc ) , this PRODUCT FORM , will need to be linked to my PayPal account so that I can receive money when I have made a sale. This PRODUCT FORM should also be linked to my email address , so that I get a notification email when I have made a sale for my product, I can then take care of product fulfilment. The chosen applicant for this Job must give me a WORD DOCUMENT & SCREENSHOTS of everything that you did to build this website using OPTIMIZE PRESS 2.0 for wordpress, using a ready made sales page template. I want a WORD DOCUMENT which gives me step by step instructions on everything that you did from start to finish to build the site, this should include details about all PLUGINS you have used and how to set them up, details about how to set up PRODUCT FORMS, details for how to set up PAYPAL integration with PRODUCT FORMS, details for how to set up a link between the PRODUCT FORM and my email address to receive notification emails , for when I have made a sale. I want SCREEN SHOTS of ALL of these details, so that I know to do it I the future. Thus word document, should be presented to me in plain English, with no slang, and everything in numerical order.
