Improve a Website

Good day the site is built already and just needs some tweak and improvements,please read below. Part 1 There are 3 types of users Buyers, Sellers, Administrator Buyers Allow site visitors to see which event tickets are available for sale by displaying the event invite and the name of the event If clicked on the visitor will be directed to a event details page where there is an option to buy the ticket If the visitor clicks buy they will be required to log into the site or create an account, once this is done the user can click on buy to purchase the ticket , it should take the user to a page asking for the quantity they would like to purchase , then allow them to check out , once payment is confirmed the user should be redirected to a page to download a unique bar-coded e-ticket. If the payment did not go through the user should be redirected to a page saying payment wasn't successful. Payments must be made through paypal .A percentage of the stated ticket price should be allocated to the sellers email ,while another percentage to the administrator's email .e.g Seller gets 90% , Admin gets 10% Logged in Users must have a page where they can navigate to, to view or redownload past etickets. Sellers Should be able to create an account as a seller Some of the fields should be Name,company name ,password,email, phone number, paypal email Log in and create an event, input event details, Name, location, venue, time, type of ticket, ticket price , promoter etc Upload an event picture And upload the event ‘ Administrator The info uploaded by the seller should come to the site administrator for approval on the backend Once approved the event should appear on the front end of the site for users to purchase tickets The administrator should be able to see how many people purchases tickets for any given event and export data as such Part 2 There is Classified section that needs revamping Part 3 A photogallery that needs facebook intergration,watermarking and multiple uploads
