Looking for stable partnership long term webdevelopment

We are currently looking for 1-3 new partnership for long term. Itotal AS has since 2012 used different partners/freelances with mixed results. What we DON`T look for is following: -Firms with less then 10 employeers -Firms with less then 5years Wordpress experience, Development -Greedy firms, who changes payment terms and adding charge for small changes like logo placement from left to center -Firms who cant deliver in time, don`t update us What we are looking for is following: -Firms with LONG experience with GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and keeping word in terms of delivery time. -Informing when a festival/holiday comes up, given at least 2 weeks notice. -Who can create A GREAT PROJECT MANAGER tools for us to use together. -All projects will come with FIXED price and no additional charges without any approval. -NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH OUR CLIENTS, WE WILL SIGN AGREEMENT ON THIS PART FOR CLIENT SAFTEY -Delivery time IS CRUCIAL -QUALITY IS CRUCIAL About us, We have around 50 clients and we are growing for each day our last 5 customers have approached us after hearing good words about our work. We serve all type of clients, small to big companies based in Norway. Itotal has also made an agreement with a commercial ad company who has been in business for 20 years and most of the web development are now handed to us which will generate at least 5-10 project pr month. Payment, We don`t do any upfront payment, this is because when we sign a contract with our client we send invoice for the 50% with a due date withing 10-30 days Also since we don`t deliver a physical product, there is no way nobody from business to business is paying directly upfront. Payment structure can go from pr project to pr month payment, the most easiest and simplest way is to pay project by project. Budget, One of the main reasons we outsourcing is price related, we are not a firm who can take HUGE fees from clients at least not for the moment but we want to offer small, medium and big customers a fair price for products. If your price is for WordPress design and development from scratch is more then 1100usd, please DON`T apply. We also do buy many themes from [login to view URL] and the price for this is not the same for delivering from scratch due to most of the work is already done. Services, We need WordPress experts who can handle development from scratch, plugins and eCommerce. All sites HAS to be responsive and it should not cost like 400usd extra for this due to all new WordPress themes are delivered ready in responsive. We don`t need graphic designer for logo design and etc, we have our own due to direct communication is needed with a client on these type of works.
